A unique European youth care alliance, the history of which goes back to 1839. It is a network of institutions covering both eastern and western Europe, providing various educational, socialisation, treatment and vocational programmes, working pedagogically with seriously disadvantaged children and youth, between the ages of 4 and 25, in Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, and United Kingdom.
